Multiple agencies respond to reported Warren County structure fire

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A reported structure fire at a Bowling Green home is out thanks to the help of some newly staffed firefighters.
According to Richardsville Fire Department chief Brian Lee, Richardsville units were dispatched to a structure fire Tuesday in the 1300 block of Anna Sandhill Road.
Upon arrival, Lee says a single wide mobile home had smoke visible.
Richardsville’s first engine on scene was able to quickly extinguish the fire.
In addition, Lee stated the first arriving engine included Warren County Fire Department part-time firefighters that were just recently added by the Warren County Fiscal Court this week.
Lee stated, “This proves that this implementation is making a difference from the start. I want to thank judge Gorman and magistrates of Warren Fiscal Court for putting the Warren County Fire Service as a top priority.”
In addition, Gott Fire Department, Smiths Grove Fire Department and Barren River Fire Department were dispatched to the scene, along with Med Center EMS and the Warren County Fire Coordinator.
