Morgantown man arrested on sexual abuse charges
MORGANTOWN, Ky. – A Morgantown man is facing multiple charges, including sexual abuse.
According to the Kentucky State Police, troopers received a call just after 6 p.m. Thursday from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office regarding a sexual abuse investigation.
Troopers made contact with Matthew Neighbors, 27, of Morgantown.
Neighbors was arrested and charged with incest and first-degree sexual abuse.
The investigation is ongoing,
