Mini-series casting call to take place Saturday in Barren County

Producers are hoping to find some talented actors this weekend in South Central Kentucky, to be featured in a 5-part mini series. 

The casting call will take place this Saturday, September 29 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at Park Mammoth Resort in Park City.

The mini-series is called, "The Dark."

Producers are expecting more than 200 people to try out.

People wanting to audition are being asked to bring a headshot and resume to the audition and come prepared with a one minute dialogue of their choosing. 

Filming for the mini series is expected to begin in the winter of 2019.
