Memorial Beer Honors Coronvirus Victim
A man who went viral after his death for having one of the most epic obituaries many had ever read, now has a beer named after him. KPNX's William Pitts reports.
(NBC News) — Randall Jacobs of Phoenix, Arizona, also known as Bunky, sadly passed away due to Coronavirus but became internet famous after his obituary written by his nephew went viral.
“Everything that he did was just crazy you couldn’t write a script on what he would do,” said his nephew Justin Santa Maria.
After reading Jacob’s extreme obituary Brody Coffman, owner of OHSO Brewery, took it upon himself to memorialize Jacob’s life by naming a beer after him.
The beer is called, “Uncle Bucky’s Grawdoo,” which is a malt liquor because Bunky was not a beer guy. His family says he was a drink whatever’s in front of you kind of guy.
