Med Center of Franklin hosting free Community Health Fair

FRANKLIN, Ky.-The Medical Center of Franklin is hosting a free Community Health Fair on Saturday- anyone is welcome. 

Med Center staff are offering free admission, free screenings and door prizes….all taking place at the Franklin-Simpson Chamber of Commerce. 

Attendees can get up to $700 worth of screenings and evaluation including glucose, lipid profile, PSA blood test for gentlemen over 50, bone density and stroke screenings.

You also get a bag to pick up goodies at each booth. 

“More than anything, see what our hospital right there in Med Center for Franklin has to offer for the community. There’s surgical services, vision, oncology services, we are there to meet all of your healthcare needs,” said Med Center Health Franklin Occupational Health Nurse Julia Tabor. 

It starts at 7 a.m. and wraps up at 11 a.m. The last one was in 2020 right before Covid and over 350 participants showed up! They’re expecting even more this year.
