Med Center Health hosts “A Day Just for Women”

Knicely Conference Center on WKU’s South Campus was filled with women Wednesday as Med Center Health hosted their 21st annual "A Day Just for Women."

The yearly gathering is a day-long event that gives women the opportunity to take time off, gather together, and learn about pertinent health issues, listen to a variety of motivational speakers, and enjoy the company of other women.

Throughout the day participants visit exhibit booths on resources for women in the Bowling Green Community, and all had the opportunity to take advantage of free health screenings and information related to women’s health.

The event also included a lunch and social hour, and more than 400 women took time out of their busy schedules to attend the annual event.
