Med Center Health hosting Expectant Parent Fair on May 7
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Med Center Health will host its annual Expectant Parent Fair on May 7.
The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex.
Officials say this annual event takes part thanks to The Medical Center at Bowling Green’s Mother-Baby Department, who presents a variety of exhibits, vendors and opportunities to learn.
This year’s activities will include the following:
- Interactive booths
- Demonstrations and Information Sessions
- Car Seat Safety
- Infant CPR
- Safe Sleep
- Ask the Dietitian – Prenatal & Postnatal Nutrition for Mom’s Health
- Lactation Services
- A tour of The Medical Center’s Mother-Baby Unit
- For parents with toddlers:
- Photo booth, balloon animals and face painting
Tours will be offered continuously during the event. To allow time to tour, officials ask participants to arrive no later than 5:30 p.m.
The event will also feature fantastic door prizes for expecting parents. One of the prizes will be a yearlong supply of diapers for your baby.
