McCracken County Coroner confirms remains found as Bowling Green woman

PADUCAH, Ky. – The McCracken County Coroner’s Office has confirmed remains found earlier this month in Paducah belong to a woman from Warren County.

WNKY News 40 Media partner WPSD reports the remains, discovered December 4, 2025 in a wooded area at Tennessee and 13th Streets in Paducah, have been identified as a 35-year-old female from Bowling Green.

McCracken County Coroner Amanda Melton says no foul play was determined in the investigation.

The identity of the woman will not be released.
