Many celebrate Pi day with pizza
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- March 14 is recognized as Pi Day.
Not pie as in apple pie or pizza pie, but pi, p-i as in the mathematical constant 3.14 represented by the Greek letter Pi.
It’s the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.
Many restaurants offer deals on pizza, pie or even both.
WNKY went to Blaze Pizza where they offered $3.14 pizza and asked some people how many digits of Pi they knew.
