Mancino’s in Bowling Green hosts fundraiser for girls involved in tragic crash

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green pizza restaurant is giving back to the family of three little girls who were involved in a tragic car crash.

Mancino’s on Nashville Road in Bowling Green, is donating 20% of all sales Tuesday to Jude, Norah and Hannah’s medical bills.

The three sisters were involved in a car crash December 28 on Cemetery Road.

Jude, died, a few days later at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital in Nashville.

Gabby Tanaro, a cousin of the girls, is the general manager at Mancino’s. She tells WNKY the idea for the fundraiser was something one of her employees thought of.

“I think it’s great that all of these local places have come together and helped out a family that not all of them even know,” said Tanaro. “Bowling Green has really risen up for that. It’s really appreciated. I know my cousins appreciate it and the rest of the family does.”

Tanaro says the two girls are recovering and doing better. She says Hannah is in rehab and Norah is back home.

Mancino’s is open until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
