LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – A wanted Logan County man has been captured.

According to jail records, 31-year-old Zachary Williams of Russellville, Kentucky was arrested Sunday on multiple charges, including trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (fentanyl), purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 28 grams of fentanyl).

Williams was listed as wanted by the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force on June 17.

The drug task force says Williams was indicted earlier this year for multiple fentanyl trafficking charges and had five outstanding felony warrants in Logan County.

Williams fled the county before the warrants were served, officials say.

Williams remains at the Logan County Detention Center on a $175,000 cash bond.
