Man wanted by KSP apprehended on flagrant non-support charge

HART COUNTY, Ky. – In a previous Wanted Wednesday, News 40 shared that the Kentucky State Police was searching for a man wanted in relation to flagrant non-support.
According to jail records, 46-year-old Vernon White was arrested on Jan. 16. He remain in the Hart County Jail on multiple charges, including flagrant non-support, nonpayment of court costs, fees or fines and failure to appear.
Flagrant non-support is a felony in Kentucky that happens when someone consistently fails to provide support they are obligated to provide.
Troopers shared White was wanted in late October.
