UPDATE: Missing Hart County man found safe
UPDATE: 3/16:
HART COUNTY, Ky. – Hart County Emergency Management confirmed Sunday that Eli Miller has been found and is said to be in safe condition.
Officials say Miller was spotted Saturday when by a local property owner who saw movement in a covered boat. Emergency management says he was staying in a wooded area near Thomas Bend Road.
UPDATE 3/12:
HART COUNTY, Ky. – Hart County Emergency Management announced Wednesday that a multi-day search for a local man has been suspended.
Emergency management officials say the decision was made with careful consideration after a lack of leads.
“Please know this decision was not made lightly and reflects the reality of our current situation. While active ground search efforts are being paused, the case remains open, and we remain committed to pursuing any new information that may arise,” officials stated.
So far, officials say they have seen 524 searchers involved in this effort. Together, officials say they have covered an area of 10,167 acres and 15.89 square miles.

Hart County Search and Rescue, Inc., says it is assisting the search efforts for Eli Miller, who was last seen around 7 p.m. on March 8.
Search and rescue says Miller was last seen in the Lonoke Road and Bunnell Crossing area.
