Man killed in Edmonson County crash

BROWNSVILLE, Ky.- A 71-year-old man from Browsnville was killed in a vehicle crash Monday in Edmonson County.

According to the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal wreck happened in the 5500 block of Hwy 259 near Sweeden, Ky.

Deputies said Jimmy Vincent was traveling northbound when his vehicle exited the roadway and overturned multiple times.

Vincent was taken to the Medical Center at Bowling Green, but died of his injuries hours later.

Deputies said Vincent was not wearing a seat belt.
