Man indicted on charge of procuring or promoting use of a minor

PIKEVILLE, Ky. – One man has been indicted on a charge of procuring or promoting the use of a minor.

According to a uniform citation, 36-year-old Zachary Hill of Pikeville stopped by the judicial center to pay a fine on April 1.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Department was contacted regarding a sealed indictment warrant for Hill.

Hill was arrested and transported to the Pike County Detention Center. He faces charges of procuring or promoting the use of a minor and tampering with physical evidence.
