Man indicted in December shooting

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Warren County grand jury Wednesday indicted a Bowling Green man in a December shooting at Skyline Mobile Home Park.

Jason Eric Green, 35, was indicted on one count of first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault in the Dec. 10 shooting of Eduardo Hernandez.

According to a police report, the victim Hernandez, called 9-1-1 Dec. 10 and told emergency operators he had been shot in the leg. His wife told police the same person also slapped her face.

Green is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. His bond is set at $5,000.
