Man in Bowling Green arrested for EPO violation

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A man was arrested Monday in Bowling Green after violating an EPO granted earlier this month.

According to an arrest citation, an officer from the Bowling Green Police Department made contact with the petitioner of the EPO, who had been contacted by Richard Bruce, 64, the respondent.

The officer confirmed the petitioner received a video call on March 14 by Bruce, violating an EPO granted on March 4 that included no contact or communication with the petitioner.

The citation stated an officer made contact with Bruce at 141 Bristow Road, where Bruce denied contacting the respondent with a video call.

Bruce was arrested and charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Bruce was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center.
