Man goes for naked workout

A man who stripped naked before working out at a gym had an "interesting" excuse. 

34-year old Eric Stagno is charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct after he allegedly went to a planet fitness gym in New Hampshire and disrobed.

Stagno then allegedly walked back and forth a few times and started doing poses on his knees.

When police came to arrest him, Stagno pointed out the club’s famous slogan that it’s a "judgment-free zone" as his reason for being naked.

It’s unclear if that excuse will convince a judge that the nudity was justified.
