Man facing charges following Friday morning crash

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A man is facing charges following a crash.
The Bowling Green Police Department responded to a collision call on Russellville Road at the intersection of Campbell Lane early Friday morning.
According to the citation, officers found one vehicle facing south at the intersection and another facing the same direction at the opposite end of the intersection.
An officer contacted the operator of a 2013 Honda Pilot facing south at the intersection. The operator is identified as Pedro Gregorio, 30.
The citation states that Gregorio consented to Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST). Following the testing, Gregorio was taken to The Medical Center.
Upon search of Gregorio’s motor vehicle, officers located multiple open and empty containers of alcoholic beverages.
The investigation alleges that Gregorio has two guilty pleas in previous DUI arrests. Gregorio had two arrest warrants related to a 2019 case.
A pregnant female, the second motor vehicle operator, was taken to The Medical Center. The woman did not sustain injuries in the accident.
According to the citation, Gregorio is charged with Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment – 1st degree, Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence – 3rd, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, 1st Offense, No Operators-Moped License, and Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
Gregorio is lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.
