Man charged with unlawful transaction with a minor in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Tennessee man is facing multiple charges after police say he provided marijuana to a minor in Glasgow.
According to the Glasgow Police Department, officers arrested Andrew Chattin Moore, 38, of Gainesville, Tennessee at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say they located a parked vehicle at Gorin Park and noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside of the vehicle.
Authorities say after speaking with Moore and a female juvenile, officers located marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun.
According to police, Moore was a convicted felon and had met the juvenile inside the park, where he provided marijuana to her.
Moore was arrested and is charged with possession of marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, possession of handgun by a convicted felon, public intoxication-control substance (excludes alcohol).
