Man charged with burglary after incident at Glasgow donut shop
GLASGOW, Ky.- A Bowling Green man is charged with third-degree burglary after authorities said he demanded money from a donut shop in Glasgow.
The incident occurred Saturday at Best Donuts on N L Rogers Boulevard.
According to an arrest citation, Christopher Evans, 31, entered the store and locked the door. An employee told police the man then demanded money.
The citation states that Evans was later found sitting behind a nearby tire store.
Evans was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
