Man arrested on several drug charges in Warren Co.
Methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, cash and more were found by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office inside one man’s residence.
According to the arrest report, deputies responded a disturbance at 290 Southwind Drive around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, where they smelled marijuana emitting from inside the residence.
A search warrant was obtained, and inside deputies say they found over 11 grams of suspected marijuana, over 17 grams of suspect methamphetamine, and pills suspected to be Lorazepam.
That’s in addition to a large sum of money, small baggies, digital scales, pipes and bongs.
Nicholas McCutchan, 32, is charged with trafficking in both marijuana and methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
He currently remains in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $2,500 bond.
