Man arrested as suspect in burglary at Jet’s Pizza
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On Saturday around 4:36 a.m., the Bowling Green Police Department was dispatched in reference to a burglary at Jet’s Pizza.
According to a citation, while at the location, an officer located the front glass of Jet’s Pizza broken with a rock. The officer confirmed the suspect had stolen a small safe and a cash register containing $2,304.83. The suspect had fled the scene before the officer arrived.
On Sunday, the officer located a stolen vehicle near 1205 Adams Street and made contact with the suspect who drove it. The officer determined Randall Ray, 33, was a suspect in the burglary at Jet’s Pizza based on camera footage from that incident.
Ray was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, receiving stolen property $1,000 < $10,000, poss cont sub, first degree, second offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, criminal mischief, first degree, criminal mischief, third degree and more.
Ray was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center.
