Man arrested after missing Scottsville juvenile located at home
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – One man is facing charges in Scottsville after authorities say a missing juvenile was at his residence.
According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, the Allen County Scottsville Crime Task Force responded to Bandy Road Tuesday to a home in an attempt to find a missing juvenile.
Authorities say after knocking on the door multiple times, they made contact with 24-year-old Dalton Eubank of Scottsville.
According to authorities, Eubank admitted that the missing juvenile, Ava Stanger, was inside of the residence. He also stated he knew the juvenile was underage and missing, deputies say.
Authorities say Stanger was safe and not injured.
Eubank stated the female juvenile had been there for a couple of days, according to the sheriff’s office.
Eubank was arrested and transported to the Allen County Detention Center, where he faces a charge of custodial interference.
