Man accused of indecent exposure, drug charges

Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Chad Perrine, 30, 1031 Kentucky St., Tuesday after a deputy saw a parked car at the boat dock at Boatlanding Road at just after 6 p.m. Tuesday, according to Perrine’s arrest citation.

A deputy said a woman was performing a sex act on Perrine who was sitting in the car without any pants or underwear on, according to the citation.

When a deputy asked if Perrine had anything illegal inside the car, he said he had a gun, according to his citation.

Perrine is currently a drug court participant.

While the deputy searched the car Perrine was in for the gun, he also found a syringe, several small plastic bags commonly used in drug trafficking, a stolen gun, cash and a bag black with suspected methamphetamine and suspected synthetic cannabinoids, according to the citation.

He was charged with second-degree indecent exposure, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in a synthetic drug first offense, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), receiving stolen property and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

He is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. His bond is $10,000.
