Man accused of deviate sex with 6 year old
A Warren County grand jury indicted an Alvaton man Wednesday on a child sex crime.
Mackenzie P. Gilley, 21, is accused of one count of first-degree sodomy with a child under 12 years old.
He is accused of engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with a six-year-old child, according to his indictment.
An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday, court records show.
