Man accused of assault with a tire iron

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Warren County grand jury indicted a Bowling Green man on an allegation that he attacked someone with a tire iron.

Carlos Jermaine Fugate, 32, 209 Weis Court, was indicted on one count each of first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.

Fugate is accused of striking Jordon Savage multiple times with a tire iron, according to his indictment.

He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail Sunday and his bond is set at $5,000.
