Mammoth Cave National Park to host annual Bay Day event

MAMMOTH CAVE, Ky. – A yearly tradition is returning to Mammoth Cave National Park.

MCNP’s Annual Bat Day event will take place on Saturday, August 30, from 10 am to 9 pm.

The event features activities and information on the conservation and education of bats.

MCNP says Bat Day is made possible by Friends of Mammoth Cave National Park, which, in conjunction with the National Park Service, funds projects and programs that protect, preserve, and enhance the natural and cultural resources and the visitor experience of Mammoth Cave National Park.
