Mammoth Cave National Park announces Monday closure

MAMMOTH CAVE, Ky. – Due to winter weather, Mammoth Cave National Park will close on Monday.

Molly Schroer, MCNP Public Information Officer, says Mammoth Cave Road is closed from the Brownsville entrance to the Mammoth Cave Parkway near Sloans Pond due to fallen trees. Secondary roads will also close. These include Flint Ridge Road and Pig Road.

The visitor center, cave tours, administrative officers, and the Green River Ferry will not operate.
