Louisville Suspends Men’s Basketball Activities

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The University of Louisville has temporarily suspended all men’s basketball related activities for the next two weeks after two program members tested positive for Covid-19.

The school did not specify whether the infected persons were athletes, coaches or other program members, but reportedly, the pair who tested positive are symptomatic and have been isolated accordingly.

In addition, anymore who might have come in contact with the two program members have also been isolated as a precaution.

The Cardinals’ men’s team began voluntary activities last month in preparation for the resumption of full practice sessions around July 20.
