Louisville Orchestra stops in Glasgow
GLASGOW, KY.- The Louisville Orchestra is doing more than music in South Central Kentucky.
The Louisville Orchestra left Campbellsville and headed to Glasgow. The orchestra is making several stops in Glasgow on Tuesday visiting the Mary Wood Weldon Memorial Library all while performing and inspiring adults and children to do and be more than what most may think is impossible.
Mallory Kramer, the director of marketing at Louisville Orchestra tells us how the orchestra is impacting people. She says, “It just shows that what we’re trying to do is working. We want to excite audiences through the power of music, and being able to see a kid hear the horn for the first time and just get overwhelmed by the music and the noise and get excited. That’s how professional musicians get started, is just by being inspired.”
The Louisville Orchestra will be performing all over the commonwealth for the next two years for more details head over to https://louisvilleorchestra.org/.
