Louisville man sentenced to federal prison for enticement and sex trafficking of a minor
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A Louisville man was sentenced for enticement and sex trafficking of a minor this week.
The Western District of Kentucky says court documents show Timothy Boden, 41, will serve 17 years in federal prison, followed by 20 years of supervised release, on one count of enticement of a minor victim and one count of sex trafficking a minor victim.
Boden will receive no parole in the federal system.
The case was investigated by the HSI, the USSS, and the Louisville Metro Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Christopher Tieke and Danielle Yannelli.
