WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Several people are facing charges related to a shots fired incident in Rockfield.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office says it responded to a shots fired call early Monday morning. Deputies say the complainant stated that the suspects fled the scene in a motor vehicle toward Russellville Road.

The complainant stated he followed the vehicle and provided updates to deputies during the response, according to authorities.

Deputies say they conducted a felony stop at Russellville Road and Interstate 165. The complainant stated that several rounds were lying on the ground, deputies say.

Authorities say the driver of the vehicle was noncompliant, and deputies say he exited and then reached back into the vehicle. Deputies believed the man was reaching for a weapon. The operator then complied with commands from deputies and was detained.

According to a uniform citation, deputies identified the operator as Noah Bizor, 21, of Louisville.

Deputies say three handguns and an automatic rifle were located at the scene, and the weapons were loaded. A baggie of marijuana was located, along with several magazines loaded for weapons, according to the sheriff’s office.

The uniform citation says Bizor and a front seat passenger, identified as Jaden Massey, 23, of Bowling Green, told deputies they were celebrating a friend’s birthday and took the friend to shoot at Petros Browning Road, claiming they fired rounds into the dirt.

The backseat passenger, identified as Thomas White, 18, of Bowling Green, stated the same, according to deputies.

A deputy says they searched the 300 block of Petros Browning Road and located several spent rounds in the middle of the road but no bullet holes off of the road.

The complainant says he followed Bizor because he was in fear that Bizor was shooting at his residence.

Bizor was arrested and is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment (attempt), possession of marijuana and second-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer.

Massey was arrested and is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana and possession of handgun by a convicted felon.

White was also arrested and is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of marijuana.

All three were transported to the Warren County Regional Jail.
