Louisville man arrested in Glasgow on burglary charges

GLASGOW, Ky. – On Tuesday, the Glasgow Police Department responded to complaint of a burglary in progress located on Cleveland Avenue in Glasgow.
According to a release by GPD, officers arrived and located a male subject later identified as Henry G. Hutchinson, 32, of Louisville coming out from the back door, which had visible damage.
The release stated Hutchinson was wearing a face mask and gloves and would not comply with the officers’ commands and fled from officers a short distance before being taken into custody. Officers located Methamphetamine and several items that were stolen from inside the building on his person, stated the release.
Hutchinson was arrested and charged with burglary, third degree, criminal mischief, third degree, fleeing or evading police, first degree (on foot), resisting arrest, possession control substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine) and TBUT or disp all others.
Hutchinson was lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.
