Long-term disaster recovery workshop provides resources for local business owners
WARREN COUNTY, Ky.- Something that is unavoidable and hard to come back from are disasters that can hit us at unexpected times.
Many Kentuckians across the commonwealth struggle to bounce back after a disaster, something many people in our area can relate too.
We learned from a disaster recovery volunteer about what people may go through in the days following a disaster and what steps you can take to recover.
Rob Corrgin, the director of Veteran Business Outreach Center, says, “The biggest thing is that people think that they are alone sometimes, and once they find out all the resources that are out there. There ain’t no cost in it. They’ve already been funded. They feel a little bit better to know that they have help.”
There are many options to help in recovery. For more information you can visit sba.org.
