Local restaurant to donate portion of November sales to nonprofit

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green restaurant is donating a portion of its November sales to a local nonprofit.

Atomic Kitchen, located at 360 E 8th Avenue in Bowling Green, selected Kentucky Kids on the Block as its Helping High Five Charity recipient for November.

The restaurant will donate a minimum of $500 to the nonprofit.

Atomic Kitchen is open 11 am to 8 pm on Friday and Saturday.

According to its website, Kentucky Kids on the Block’s mission is to provide ongoing education and prevention through puppetry for children and the community at large. The core message in each program is to teach children acceptance of differences in themselves and in others.
