Local humane society in code red

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – If you’ve been thinking of adopting a pet, now is the ideal time.

The Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society has reached a code red. The shelter says it has hundreds of pets waiting to find their forever home.

And the best part? Adoptions have been lowered to only $25.

The shelter says you can stop by to not only help create much-needed space but also save many lives.
