Light Up the Capitol returns for another season

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Light Up The Capitol is back to help support Bowling Green’s theatre that spans over 100 years in the community.

The yearly initiative aims to give back to the Capitol and fund improvements through donations.

This year, donors can contribute between $5 all the way up to $500, with each amount sponsoring a specific type of Christmas decoration that will be hung around the Capitol.

This makes the contribution not only visible but also serves as a way to add seasonal beauty to the theatre.

Purchase options include the following:

• $5 for a lobby snowflake
• $25 for a single bulb
• $100 for five bulbs
• $250 for a square of bulbs
• $500 for a row of bulbs
