Leaders to vote on $182,000 in upgrades to Crosswinds Golf Course

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Bowling Green city commissioners will soon be voting on improvements to a local golf course.
Commissioners will vote Tuesday on whether to spend more than $182,000 on improving the bunkers at Crosswinds Golf Course.

The repairs will address issues with drainage. When it rains a lot, the sand traps are prone to flooding.

If approved, this would be the first project to address the bunkers since the course opened in 1993.

City commissioners will vote on this issue at Tuesday’s meeting, which begins at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall.
