Law enforcement searching for Christian County teen missing since Feb. 10

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – The Hopkinsville Police Department is searching for a missing teen.

HPD says 17-year-old Cecil Fernandez was last seen walking away from the Christian County Justice Center on Feb. 10.

Fernandez is 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

At the time of his disappearance, police say he was wearing a camouflage jacket, a navy blue polo, khaki pants, and black “Hey Dude” shoes.

Police believe Fernandez is avoiding attempts to locate him.
