Launch Party Pop-Up of for new BG restaurant benefits
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Bowling Green Ballpark is setting up for the Launch Party Pop-Up of the Atomic Biscuit and Burger Company on Friday.
The launch party benefits the Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky.
The restaurant is serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. They will have socially distanced dining at the ballpark or carry out options.
There are five burger options and fries. The food features a blend of house ground beef and scratch made sauces. Hot Rods General Manager and chief operating officer Eric Leach it’s important that the proceeds are helping the Down Syndrome organization.
“DSSKY and The Buddy House provide such a huge, huge benefit to those with Down Syndrome and we wanna just be an advocate for them so they have a place to learn, get ready for school, get ready for jobs and just be acclimated,” said Leach.
