KYTC nearing completion of major Butler County paving project
MORGANTOWN, Ky. – Two major roadway projects in Butler County are nearly complete.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 says two major resurfacing projects on KY 70 from bear KY 3205 to US 231 are almost complete.
The department says 10 miles are paved and motorists are now driving on the roadways.
US 231 was resurfaced from I-165 to KY 403. The department says 4 miles of road were paved. The roadway is active for motorists.
15 miles of roadway were paved in total in Butler County.
The department says minor work remains to complete the project.
