KSP searching for missing person in Harlan County

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is investigating a report of a missing man out of Harlan County.

Troopers say 34-year-old Jerry Foley was last seen on Jan. 15 in the Mary Alice community.

Foley is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 155 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
