KSP arrests Bowling Green man on child sexual exploitation charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky State Police arrested a man yesterday in Warren County in relation to child exploitation.
Joshua Kenneth Orr, 36, of Bowling Green was arrested following an online investigation. KSP says the investigation began after they say they discovered the suspect sharing sexual images of children online.
Following the investigation, officials searched the suspect’s residence and seized equipment used in the crime.
Orr is in the Warren County Detention Center and charged with eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 years old and four counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 years old.
