KSP arrest man on charges related to child sexual abuse material

EVARTS, Ky. – Yesterday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested David Brodylee Crusenberry, 22, on a charge related to child sexual abuse material.
According to a release, Crusenberry was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after they discovered the suspect uploading online images of child sexual exploitation.
KSP seized the equipment used to facilitate the crime and took it to their digital forensic laboratory for examination.
Crusenberry is currently charged with one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a class D felony. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
