Kroger Health sets up Covid vaccination site at Greenwood Mall

BOWLING GREEN Ky.-A Covid-19 vaccination clinic was set up here Friday morning.

Kroger Health and the Commonwealth of Kentucky opened the site to the public at 10 a.m. It took place in the Greenwood Mall, where Sears was previously located.

This was the first vaccination site for Kroger Health in the Bowling Green area. Inside, healthcare workers were going through how the day would look before patients arrived. The area was set up to allow for social distancing throughout the site.

Kroger Nashville division health and wellness leader Jeremy Crain said he and his team are glad to be serving the state through these vaccines.

“We know that these have been unprecedented times that we have been living in. As healthcare providers, that certainly remains the case. This is why we’re healthcare providers. We are living out our vision of helping people live healthier lives, and we’re so fortunate to have the opportunity to take care of citizens of the Commonwealth,” Crain said.

To get vaccinated, you will need to present your ID.
