Kids on the Block producing a new nonprofit directory

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Nonprofits can often get overlooked, especially when it comes to community engagement and resources, but all of that is changing.

Kids on the Block is building a directory of non-profits not only to benefit kids on the block, but also to impact the community because the staff believes that non-profits make a massive difference in the community.

Morgan Brady, intern with Kentucky Kids on the Block, says, “Even just in the few weeks that I’ve been here, I’ve already learned a lot. And so getting to see, I think the areas that aren’t always front and center, but, you know, the inner workings of them are so important and are what really build the community, I think, is one of the most rewarding parts.”
