KHSAA Schedules Board of Control Meeting for July 28
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On Thursday morning, the Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) announced that a Board of Control meeting has been added to its calendar for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28.
This particular session is expected to provide a great deal of information about the prospects of fall sports taking place across the Commonwealth in 2020.
KHSAA Commissioner Julian Tackett has been adamant that high school football will be played in some form or fashion this year, but it remains to be seen exactly what that will look like.
Many surrounding states have decided to go ahead with high school sports this fall, and Tuesday’s meeting should tell us whether the Commonwealth of Kentucky joins in with them.
