Kentucky State Police school supply drive

Kentucky – The Kentucky State Police’s annual school drive “Cram The Cruiser” is active until the end of the month in an effort to collect school supplies for kids who might not have the means to provide their own.

KSP and other local law enforcement agencies set up around the state in various counties and encourage community members to come out and donate enough to ideally, fill a police cruiser.

This Friday, the supply drive will be in Edmonson County’s Chalybeate and Brownsville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

KSP passes along all donated items to the local school system to distribute throughout the school year if needed. In an interview with state Trooper Priddy, he encouraged everyone to, if able, donate to their local school system.
