Kentucky schools ranked 20th in the nation

A new study released by Wallethub ranks Kentucky as the 20th best public schools in the nation.

Wallethub, a credit and personal finance website, took into account performance, funding, safety, class size, and instructor credentials to determine the top performing systems in America. Kentucky ranked 20th in overall quality, and 19th in the safety ranking. 

Kentucky’s neighboring states Ohio and Tennessee ranked 27th, and 35th overall, respectively.
